As we look at the phases, keep in mind that they may be slightly different or in a different order for you. These are the phases I have gone through and those I regularly encounter in clients and students.
Phase 1: sleep or darkness
Most people are not aware of their incredible spiritual potential. If a person is not conscious, but lives a positive life for themselves and others, we would call the sleep phase for them. They are doing well, but they could wake up to something incredibly better.
Being in a state of lethargy, one becomes more susceptible to negative, dark, dense, low vibration energies. These could come from people around them, society, economic drivers, seeking pleasure without considering the negative, seeking approval from others, decisions from a low vibration state, not connected to purpose higher than one, energy vampires or the like.
For those who have been affected by negative energy, you are not only disconnected from the light, but you are in a downward spiral of trouble, bad karma, and destruction for yourself and others. For them, this is a stage of darkness. Free yourself from past karma & # 8211; [4 signs you need to break free]
If you think you might have been in this phase of darkness, I encourage you to watch the video on how to free yourself from past karma; the link is in the description.
The time of this phase is extremely variable. They can be lives, months or years.
Phase 2: Awakening
One was sleeping and is now awakening to the spiritual energy world within and around. It’s like going to an amusement park for the first time: everywhere you look, there is something new and exciting. When a person first begins a spiritual practice, there is a lot of excitement and the naivety that everything is perfect now. For example, a person starts practicing yoga, meditation, breath work or mantras and is sure that his life will now be perfect.
This awakening can occur in several ways.
- A challenge. When things aren’t going well, we tend to be less influenced by our egos, which say we can handle it, and are open to something else. Hitting rock bottom is sometimes the best thing possible because we realize we can’t do it alone. That opens our eyes or awakens us to the incredible power within and around us and begins our spiritual awakening.
- Meditation (or similar practice). Through an extensive process of developing energetic abilities, one accesses increasingly greater and expanded states of consciousness. The most effective is when you have a guide to help you, since not all meditations give the same results. As a starting point for beginners, there is a link to a meditation video in the description.
Transmuting your sexual energy. Sexual energy is like the power of the Big Bang: it creates. And when guided, it can help you awaken. The concept is to use all experiences, even intimacy, as a way to further expand your consciousness and awakening. If this is of interest, there is a video on the topic with the link in the description.
Spontaneous: Some just wake up one day. While these may be effortless from the perspective of the physical world, on an energetic level there is likely a lot going on behind the scenes.
As you are in this phase, you begin to access your spiritual energetic powers of inspired ideas from beyond, see synchronicities, and influence the world around you.
The time for this phase can be from months to years.
Phase 3: The battle
While in the previous phase, everything could be the color of roses, and in one’s naivety, that now everything is perfect, this phase is one of challenges. It’s like you’re an amazing statue and now the rough edges need to be polished. And for many people, they created a lot of negative past karma from their days in this life or potentially past when they were asleep or in the dark.
This phase is the battle because the forces of light are essentially in combat with the dark energies that are still in your energy field. These energies can be in your body, organs, auric field or as part of energetic bonds with others who love you as you were before. Just like coming home after a day of walking in the rain, you need to clean off all the mud, dirt, and grime to be fresh and clean.
When I was going through this phase, problems after problems arose. But in hindsight, they all originated before my awakening when I was in a much lower vibrational state. I experienced some of the lowest points of my life as I struggled to resolve them, and I succeeded. I grew in the process and began to cleanse previous bad karma.
You may notice that in the midst of challenges, you have moments of calm, connecting with your higher purpose, and touching nirvana or enlightenment. These tastes of what’s to come will help motivate you, but until you finish the battle 100% triumphantly, you’re not in those phases yet.
The battle is against many things:
- Your ego – and thinking you can do it with your limited physical body (instead of seeking to expand your infinite spiritual soul).
- Negative Karma: Problems that arose before your awakening must be resolved. Most of them will manifest themselves in the form of problems that can range from mild to incredibly uncomfortable. You solve them, not to achieve something, but because you are now a spiritual person full of the light of love. It comes with compassion, justice, trust, understanding and perseverance to solve problems in the best way possible for everyone.
- Edges in yourself: unfounded anger, impatience, resistance to dialogue, prejudice, shame, fear and more are internal things that need to be transmuted for your awakening to continue.
You may notice that because of the challenges of this phase, you are forced to go inward. This helps you strengthen your spiritual energetic powers of receiving inspired ideas from beyond yourself, causing synchronicities and influencing things on an energetic level.
The time for this phase can be from months to years.
Phase 4: The calm or final test
After the battle, there is usually a period of peace and prosperity. Progress is constant, you feel good and you notice that your spiritual practices are much easier. You feel lighter, liberated and on the right path. You may begin to have ideas that go in the direction of your higher self that you are directing your attention toward. The quality of people you attract is much more in line with your higher vibration.
For many, this phase is a calm: of peace, prosperity and continued progress. They continue to practice and further develop their spiritual energy powers to receive inspired ideas from the beyond, causing synchronicities and influencing events in positive ways. The joy expands, and instead of being the naive joy of awakening, it is now more rooted, strong and powerful. It is the difference between childish emotion and experienced wisdom.
However, for others, this is a final testing phase because unresolved issues from the past arise. Things that weren’t 100% resolved in battle, or were overlooked because they were so deeply repressed, come to the surface. It’s as if there are a few rebels who still want to fight for the old way of doing things and instead of focusing on growth, one has to return to battle once again. Or, new situations that arise reveal aspects of your personality that need to be refined; Things you thought you had resolved still need attention and the internal battle returns.
This time, however, you’re more experienced and confident, and the battle to solve the final problems is often shorter, easier, and more satisfying.
This phase can last months or years.
Phase 5: Your greatest purpose
In this phase, you connect with the purpose of your higher self. For many, the previous phases have removed the masks and walls that hid their purpose from them, and it is now clear.
Instead of living for yourself subject to the whims of everything around you, like a ship lost in the ocean in the middle of a storm, you are focusing on a solid point of something bigger than yourself. It inspires you and fills you with increasing satisfaction. His spiritual energy powers become more and more amplified as his spiritual guides lead him to even more magnificent results.
Your vibration is high and you are no longer up to the problems that tormented you before. Your past karma has been cleansed and you are a being of light.
There will still be worldly distractions that will try to divert you from your course: they are like the sirens, in Greek mythology, who lured sailors to destruction with the sweetness of their songs. And if you listen to them, you may find yourself back in the battle phase. But each time, you will emerge stronger, more capable of progressing toward your highest purpose.
This phase is from years to lifetimes.
What techniques can help you move up?
While there may be some people who identify their mission and live in the state of purpose easily and naturally, for most, the phases of spiritual awakening are a new and challenging process. Here are some tips to make it faster, easier and ascend to the next more positive and evolved state more easily.
- Constantly develop your energy skills. Just like a professional wrestler trains every day before stepping into the ring, you should do the same. One way is through the 5-step meditation for beginners that is linked in the description. No matter how dark things look, do it consistently 3 times a day. The stronger your energy abilities, the easier it will be to combat any problems to find positive solutions. And, the higher your vibration, the lower the vibrational compatibility for dense and low vibration problems.
- Keep the phases in mind. When you are going through a challenge and you understand that this is to become a better person, learn and develop so that you can live your purpose and have a better positive impact on others from your mission, it is much easier. Knowing why and that there is something better gives you inspiration and hope. And these are very powerful.
- Take care of your energy system in every way possible. The food you eat, the water you drink, the air you breathe and the nature you are in contact with impact your energy system. Eat nutritious foods. Drink clean, purified water. Breathe fresh air and get out into nature, walking barefoot and in physical contact with the trees. All of these raise your vibrations and harmonize with the powerful energies of nature to make your spiritual awakening process much easier.
