There is no goal to reach that means you are now a completely healed being! In fact, emotional healing can sometimes be so gradual that you may not even realize how much you have healed, and other people may notice before you sound bath training.
But if you can look back on a situation without feeling overwhelmed by emotion, if you can recover better and faster in the face of adversity, or if you simply feel a greater sense of peace, this means that you are certainly on the path to emotional healing.
There may be deeper and deeper levels of emotional healing to discover. Do your best to live in a way that honors and supports your continued journey toward emotional healing. This will allow you to experience an increasing level of healing that can improve your physical, emotional and mental health, well-being, life satisfaction and connection with yourself and others.
